How To Make Your Spreadsheet Fit Your Screen
You put a lot of preparation into designing your spreadsheets exactly the way you want them. But many times you'll find that your spreadsheet is a little wider than will fit your screen. Maybe you have many spreadsheets like this now.
The problem here is that not only do you have to scroll up and down to navigate your spreadsheet but you also have to scroll left and right.
If the data on your sheet is slightly wider than will display on your screen I will show you how you can easily make it fit.
Here’s how.
- Select a range of cells (can be only one row high) from the left-most cell to the right-most cell.
- From the View menu select Zoom, click Fit Selection, and then click OK.
