1) Right click the cell containing the note and click Copy. ![]() 2) Right click the cell where you want to copy the note to and select Paste Special... (the Paste Special dialog opens). 3) In the Paste Special dialog, select Comments and Notes (older versions of Excel shows just Comments) and click OK. ![]() To move a cell note but not the
